Camera-Ready Submission

Procedure for submitting camera-ready papers

Each paper has to be firstly registered, by one of its authors. Once a paper is registered, an "access code" will be assigned to the registered author. With this access code and COCUS password, this author would be able to submit camera-ready version of the paper.

There will be two different types of registrations, for overseas attendees making payment in USD and for attendees working inside mainland China making payment in CNY and getting a Fapiao. Both systems are being set up. Once they are ready, we shall make announcements on our conference website and through emails as well.

Please kindly bear with us the delay and we apologize for any possible inconvenience caused.

Notes:

• The paper has to be prepared strictly following the LNICST format request. Papers failing to follow the format requests will be excluded from conference proceedings by Springer.
• The accepted papers have a page-length limit of 18 pages (Note that the length limit has been extended from 12 pages to 18 pages.) in correct format. Over-length charge will be imposed on those papers exceeding the length limit. Paper with more than 24 pages, however, will be excluded from the conference proceedings. The page length limit does NOT apply to papers by Keynote Speakers and Invited Speakers.

Once a paper has been prepared in right format and has been registered, it can be submitted to camera-ready paper system. Guidelines for this important last step are provided as follows.

Please note that every accepted paper has to be registered before the camera-ready version can be submitted. The registration system will be opened soon.

1. Camera-Ready papers should be uploaded into the ICST CMC (Conference Management Center) at http://assyst-online.org/proceedings/. IMPORTANT NOTE: You can use your existing COCUS login to access the CMC.
2. Once logged in please, go to "My settings" and fill out all the mandatory fields of your data. Without doing this the system cannot show you as author next to your paper and will not list you in the author's list.
3. After filling all the fields in my settings please, click on SAVE.
4. Now, select the conference/ workshop from the list where you want to submit your camera ready paper.
5. Click on "Upload Paper" on the left side menu.
6. Fill out the data of your paper. Please, add all the co-authors by clicking on Add Authors.
7. When you are finished, press NEXT.
8. You get transferred to the Copyright Agreement page.
   • Please, check your data carefully and in case there are any discrepancies go back and edit the data of your settings or your paper.
   • When everything is correct read the terms of the copyright agreement.
     • Please, do not forget to scroll down the text in the text-box before you click on "I Agree".
     • You can also print the text by clicking on "Print" button.
   • In the pop-up window you have to confirm your agreement by choosing: "I agree with the terms".
   • After confirming your agreement you will receive an e-mail confirmation from ICST with a pdf copy of your electronically agreed copyright form. This is the document you should keep for further references.

   • NOTE: Please, note that any time you modify your paper you have to go through the copyright procedure and agree with it in order to have the copyright agreed with the latest data of the paper.

     YOU CANNOT UPLOAD YOUR PAPER WITHOUT AGREEING WITH THE COPYRIGHT FORM!!!

9. After completing the copyright you can upload your camera ready paper.
   • IMPORTANT!!! LNICST Author's Kit requires not only the .pdf version of your camera ready paper but also the source file you have prepared your paper in (Word or LaTeX). To upload all these forms, please, do the following:
     • Create the required files (word or LaTeX plus the .pdf)
     • Zip these files together
     • Upload this .zip file as your camera ready paper

   • NOTE: In case you do not upload your camera ready paper in the required format(s) your paper will neither appear on the proceedings CD nor in the digital library.

10. If you need any further modification of your paper you can do it until the deadline of Camera Ready Upload under the menu: "View my Papers".
    • Please, do not forget to accept the copyright term each time you modify your paper!
