Please note that for visitors from most countries around the world, visa applications are requested before they could enter China.

If you need an invitation letter for visa application for going to China, please kindly direct your request to Jessica Wu at .

Please clearly specify whether you are a

• Conference organizer;
• Author of a conference paper; or
• A non-author participant (including accompanying person).

Please clearly write the mailing address you prefer to appear in the invitation letter, should it be your working address or home address. Please also let Jessica know whether a signed and scanned copy via email is fine or maybe a hardcopy via mail is necessary.
